Online Leadership Coach for Managers and Supervisors
You're not looking for a course. You're looking for someone to think a specific situation through with — and you'd rather not wait until someone qualified happens to be in your city.
I coach managers and leaders one to one, online, anywhere in the world.

Who I work With
Managers and leaders facing something their experience hasn't fully prepared them for.
First-time managers — technically strong, promoted for being good at the job, now finding that the people part is a different job entirely.
Mid-level managers stretched thin — where the workload has started costing evenings, health, or patience, and the usual fixes have stopped working.
Experienced leaders who've hit something instinct doesn't solve — a team that resists direction, a conflict that won't settle, a decision that won't come.
My boundary is simple: your willingness to look honestly at your situation and take ownership of your part in it. I can work with people who are slow, or scared, or in the middle of a crisis. I can't work with people whose locus of control sits permanently outside themselves.

Why online is the right format, not the compromise
I spent almost two decades in teams with more than sixty nationalities, in operations that ran around the clock and never sat in one place. Distance and time zones aren't an obstacle I've adapted to — they're the conditions I built my leadership in.
What that means for you in practice:
You get the coach who fits, not the coach who's nearby. Leadership coaching is a specific skill and a specific fit. Geography is a poor way to choose.
Sessions happen in your working week, not around it. No travel, no half-day lost. A conversation that fits between the things it's meant to help you handle.
You can bring the situation while it's live. The difficult conversation is on Thursday, we talk Wednesday. That's when coaching actually changes something — not three weeks later when you've already handled it badly and moved on.
Continuity survives your life. New job, relocation, a month of travel — the coaching doesn't stop because your postcode changed.

Why me rather than a coach with only coaching experience
Most leadership coaches have studied leadership.
I DID it — in cruise operations, with multinational crews who lived where they worked, months at a time, guest-facing under constant pressure, with no option to go home at the end of a difficult day.
You learn things there you can't learn in an office. How to hold authority without a door to close. How to resolve conflict between people who still have to share a corridor tomorrow. How to decide fast, with incomplete information, and stand behind it.
I also burned out doing it, and it took a coach to show me why. So I know both sides of this conversation.
What a session actually is
Not a curriculum. Not a framework I apply to you regardless of what you brought.
You arrive with a real situation. We look at it from angles you can't reach from inside it — including the parts of you that are shaping it. You leave with something you can use: a reframe, a decision, a conversation you're now ready to have, or a next step that fits your actual working week.
Every session ends with action. That's the standard.
Start with a conversation
The first call is free, there's nothing to prepare, and there's no obligation after it.
Bring the thing that's actually on your mind.
Sometimes one conversation is all it takes to get unstuck. Sometimes it's the start of something longer. Either is a good outcome.
